What You’ll Do

  • Technical Support: Offer technical support to customers and internal teams, including troubleshooting, remote assistance, and on-site visits when required

  • Customer Issues Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for customers facing technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions to maintain customer satisfaction

  • Knowledge Base Maintenance: Create and maintain internal knowledge bases, including manuals, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs, to facilitate information sharing and improve team efficiency

  • Baubot Operator Training: Develop and manage training programs for Baubot operators to ensure efficient and safe operation of our mobile robotic systems

  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback on product performance, contributing to ongoing product improvement and innovation

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and solutions provided to ensure efficient tracking and reporting

Who You are

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

  • Proven experience in technical support, ideally in a similar role within the construction or industrial automation industry

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Ability to conduct training sessions effectively

  • Proficiency in maintaining and updating technical documentation

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site support

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
