MARKETING COORDINATOR
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you will support the Chief Operating Officer in a variety of tasks, with a focus on sales, account management and especially all wonderful areas of marketing.

What You’ll Do

Assist the COO in managing day-to-day operations and administration

Supporting the COO in managing business development initiatives and building relationships with potential partners

Helping to maintain and improve customer relations by responding to customer inquiries and concerns

Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the company

Help to develop and implement effective business development strategies for achieving the company's revenue goals

Monitor and analyse market trends and provide regular reports to the COO
-
Support in the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies

Assist with the development and management of budget, financial projections and contracts

Providing administrative support as needed, including managing emails and other communications, scheduling meetings and travel, preparing reports and presentations, and organizing documents and files

Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales proposals and presentations

Collaborate with the account management team to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships with key clients

Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proper execution of the customer requirements

Perform other duties as assigned by the COO
Who You are

A bachelor's or master’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
-
At least two years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development
-
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively

Detail-oriented and ability to multitask effectively

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools and technologies
