MARKETING COORDINATOR

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you will support the Chief Operating Officer in a variety of tasks, with a focus on sales, account management and especially all wonderful areas of marketing.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist the COO in managing day-to-day operations and administration

  • Supporting the COO in managing business development initiatives and building relationships with potential partners

  • Helping to maintain and improve customer relations by responding to customer inquiries and concerns

  • Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the company

  • Help to develop and implement effective business development strategies for achieving the company's revenue goals

  • Monitor and analyse market trends and provide regular reports to the COO

  • Support in the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies

  • Assist with the development and management of budget, financial projections and contracts

  • Providing administrative support as needed, including managing emails and other communications, scheduling meetings and travel, preparing reports and presentations, and organizing documents and files

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales proposals and presentations

  • Collaborate with the account management team to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships with key clients

  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proper execution of the customer requirements

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the COO

Who You are

  • A bachelor's or master’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English

  • At least two years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively

  • Detail-oriented and ability to multitask effectively

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools and technologies
