What You’ll Do

  • Sales Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales team to understand their requirements and convert them into actionable plans to enable smooth and productive collaboration with engineering or production teams.

  • Project Management: Take responsibility for the entire lifecycle of projects or products, ensuring a seamless transition from planning to delivery.

  • Requirements Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis to create detailed requirements profiles, helping the sales team in developing well-organized technial requirements catalogs.

  • Documentation and Presentation: Develop and maintain documentation of the established requirements profiles, presenting them in a structured manner to internal stakeholders to facilitate aligned goals and strategies.

  • Team Coordination: Act as a link between the sales and development or production teams, promoting teamwork to accomplish project goals and make clients happy.

  • Feedback Integration: Collect and integrate feedback from internal teams, leveraging insights for continuous improvement and innovation in products or projects.

Who You are

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally within the construction or industrial automation industry.

  • Strong communicative and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering collaboration and understanding between varied teams.

  • Exceptional analytical and detail-oriented approach, with experience in creating and working with requirements catalogues in alignment with the sales team.

  • Proven ability to manage projects efficiently, ensuring smooth progression from initiation to completion.

  • Self-motivated, with the ability to thrive both independently and within a team environment.t.
