What You’ll Do

Office Organization:

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.

Manage office layouts, seating arrangements, and workspace allocation.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Logistics Coordination:

Coordinate deliveries, including food, office supplies, and merchandise.

Monitor and restock office supplies as needed.

Ensure the office is well-stocked and organized.

Administrative Support:

Answer and direct incoming phone calls.

Assist with scheduling and managing agendas for team members.

Prepare presentations and meeting materials.

Help organize and schedule meetings, both internal and external.

Team Assistance:

Collaborate with various departments to provide support as needed.

Assist the business team with tasks such as data entry, research, and document preparation.

Who You are

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher preferred.

Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
