What You’ll Do

  • Office Organization:

    • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.

    • Manage office layouts, seating arrangements, and workspace allocation.

    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

  • Logistics Coordination:

    • Coordinate deliveries, including food, office supplies, and merchandise.

    • Monitor and restock office supplies as needed.

    • Ensure the office is well-stocked and organized.

  • Administrative Support:

    • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.

    • Assist with scheduling and managing agendas for team members.

    • Prepare presentations and meeting materials.

    • Help organize and schedule meetings, both internal and external.

  • Team Assistance:

    • Collaborate with various departments to provide support as needed.

    • Assist the business team with tasks such as data entry, research, and document preparation.

    • Act as a point of contact between departments to facilitate communication and collaboration.

Who You are

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher preferred.

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is a plus.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Reliability, sense of duty and confidentiality are a must.
