You will be responsible for talent acquisition and recruitment, HR policies and procedures, payroll and benefits administration, employee training and development and fostering a positive work environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Talent acquisition and recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination

​

  • Onboarding and offboarding of employees

​

  • Employee relations

​

  • HR policies and procedures development and maintenance

​

  • Payroll and benefits administration

​

  • Organizing and conducting employee training and development programs

​

  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations

​

  • Performance management and improvement systems

​

  • Support in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment

​

  • Assisting in various HR projects as needed

Who You are

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

​

  • 2+ years of work experience in HR, preferably in a start-up or high-growth environment

​

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

​

  • Knowledge of Austrian labor laws and regulations

​

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

​

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

​

  • Experience with HR software and tools is a plus

​

  • Fluency in English and German

​

  • Minimum gross salary according to the collective agreement "Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte des Metallgewerbes". Overpayment in line with the market, depending on your experience and qualifications, is offered.
