You will be responsible for talent acquisition and recruitment, HR policies and procedures, payroll and benefits administration, employee training and development and fostering a positive work environment.

What You’ll Do

Talent acquisition and recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination

Onboarding and offboarding of employees

Employee relations

HR policies and procedures development and maintenance

Payroll and benefits administration

Organizing and conducting employee training and development programs
​

Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations

Performance management and improvement systems

Support in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment

Assisting in various HR projects as needed
Who You are
-
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

2+ years of work experience in HR, preferably in a start-up or high-growth environment
​

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
​

Knowledge of Austrian labor laws and regulations
​

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
​

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
​

Experience with HR software and tools is a plus
​

Fluency in English and German
​

Minimum gross salary according to the collective agreement "Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte des Metallgewerbes". Overpayment in line with the market, depending on your experience and qualifications, is offered.
