What You’ll Do

  • Information Gathering & Management: Actively collect and organize information on our mobile robotic systems, application packages, and software solutions.

  • Knowledge Bases Management: Oversee the updating and filling of both external and internal knowledge bases to facilitate information sharing and improve team efficiency.

  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain system documentation, ensuring it is accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly.

  • Training: Prepare internal and external training materials and sessions, ensuring clarity and comprehensiveness.

  • Customer Feedback: Systematically gather, categorize, and analyze customer feedback to provide actionable insights for product development and improvement.

  • Collaboration: Act as a pivotal link between development teams, production, customer support, and account management, facilitating smooth communication and workflow.

  • Product Contribution: Play an instrumental role in contributing to product requirements and specifications based on gathered information and feedback.

Who You are

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in knowledge management or a related role, preferably within the construction or industrial automation industry.

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in creating, maintaining, and updating technical documentation.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with various departments.

  • Adept at both receiving and providing training.
