What You’ll Do

  • Strategic Vision and Production Leadership:

    • Develop a sustainable long-term strategy for the production unit, aligning it meticulously with Baubot's overall mission and goals.

    • Foster continuous production improvements, emphasizing lean methodologies, efficiency enhancements, and technological integrations.

Who You are

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Production Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

​

  • Established prowess in leading multidisciplinary production teams with a focus on operational excellence and innovation.

​

  • Concrete skills in production management, equipment operations, and quality assurance.

​

  • Excellent written and spoken language skills in English and German (C1-C2).

​

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership position within a production environment.
